Rental Information

The Main Stage

The main stage is 30' x 25' x 12’ high (11’ to the grid) and seats approximately 70. It is outfitted with a fully programmable light board, lighting instruments, basic sound equipment and has a small dressing room upstage of the play space.

The Bucket

Our flexible studio space known as "The Bucket" is approximately 750 square feet with a 12’ ceiling (11’ of grid clearance) and seats between 30 and 50 depending on configuration. The space includes a manual light board, lighting instruments, basic sound equipment and a small dressing room behind the tech booth.

Both spaces have heat and air conditioning and limited storage is available. We provide a box office attendant and a house manager for each performance but we do not take reservations on behalf of our renters. You will need to provide a list of reservations to the box office previous to each curtain time.

Please note that off night and late night renters must work around the set, light plot and time considerations of the primetime producers and may not program any cues onto the main stage light board.
